Rachel Naughton

“I am a mixed media visual artist, living and working in Dublin. Graduating from the National College of Art and Design in 2019 with a first class honours; I am now a member of A4 Sounds, Graphic Studio Dublin, and The Darkroom. I have taken part in multiple exhibitions, including being chosen to take part in the RHA’s 192rd annual exhibition (2022), and have received funding through the Arts Council (Agility Award 2021+2022), and Fingal County Council (2022).

My practice explores the intimate yet collective human experiences of the everyday. My work is often born from personal emotions that come about from existing in this sea of humanity. Themes of anxiety, escapism, and monotony feature in my work as I reflect on my experiences and the state of the world around me.”
